Where do we start?
The first step is to schedule your complimentary consultation. During your consultation with lead designer and owner, Shannon Pallin, you will discuss the style and scope of your wedding. By the end of the consultation, we will have narrowed down the general conceptualization of your wedding, as well as, specific design details based on your style. FIORE will then send you a detailed proposal that will outline exactly what will go into every arrangement, your décor details, and a breakdown of pricing. Please note that under most circumstances, there will be a one week turn around from the time of your consultation to when you will receive your proposal.
What are some things I should consider when looking for floral inspiration?
Fiore is well known for customizing a proposal to work with each couple's vision and sense of style. We suggest curating a mood board based on the colors and structures of wedding designs you are drawn to. Because flowers have seasons, sometimes it can be hard for you to know what may or may not be available to you on your wedding day. Shannon will guide you and pull from your inspiration and overall vision during your complimentary consultation and all floral selections, as well as inspirational photos, will be included in the wedding proposal provided to you.
What are some ways I can really personalize my wedding florals and decor?
Shannon works hard during your consultation to fully curate a design that reflects you and your style, but If you have an antique vase collection, your grandmother's brooch, or a special focal piece you love we encourage using it! Incorporating personal or heirloom pieces into your decor can give a sentimental and memorable touch to your wedding day.
Do you travel to set up weddings and events?
Absolutely! Our trusted reputation has let us expand our reach to wherever our clients need us to be. We excel in logistics, which allows for a superior event in any location in Pensacola and many throughout the Emerald Coast and surrounding areas.
Can FIORE help me with selecting and arranging rental items?
We are trained in total event design! This includes rentals, lighting, styling, and décor as well as a warehouse full of props that are available in order to bring your unique style to life. We also work closely with other local vendors in order to insure you have a perfectly sized tent, exact number of chairs, linens, and table for your guests. Fiore does charge a 3% vendor management fee, but we manage every detail of the outside rentals so you don't have to!
