Welcome to Fiore of Pensacola, Inc. located in Historic downtown Pensacola, Florida.

Owner and creator Shannon M. Pallin opened Fiore in 2008 after working and training in the floral industry for 22 years.  She has brought her cutting edge style to the Southern Region.  Her background began in Southern California at the age of 16, training under world renowned designer Rene Van Rems, former president of the Cut Flower Commission of California and the author of Rene’s Bouquet’s.

After 10 years in California, Shannon moved to New York City working as a designer and stylist for Martha Stewart, Preston Bailey, and Katie Brown.  While working in NYC, she completed Katie Brown’s book ‘Katie Brown Entertains.’  Katie’s personal acknowledgement to Shannon: “for being the best u-haul partner ever; for always being fun, willing and eager no matter how many days you had gone without sleep and for saying: whatever it takes.”

Shannon still has that eagerness today that is showcased daily in her store.  Fiore is a european style flower open air flower shop and our work is European in design with a Southern flair.  The store is full of unique fresh florals, beautiful silk flowers, candles and much more—ever changing with the seasons.  The professional staff is there to help you send the perfect arrangement for all occasions or assist you in any way necessary.  Fiore is also known for our attention to detail in every aspect of planning an event and specializes in destination weddings for our out of town brides.  We work very closely with all of Pensacola’s local vendors and can act as your “one stop resource shop.” Call or email us to set up an appointment for your free consultation in planning your next wedding, event, small party or even a garden design.  And please come visit us at our store.
